Requiem For Tyler

Tyler woke up that day at the ripe old age of 92. He started the day the way he always did: with calisthenics.

He was feeling a little lonely, and the “Stir Crazy” moodlet had appeared. I sent him out to pester the old lady across the street. She recently lost her husband, and has taken a liking to Tyler.

That didn’t keep her from kicking him out when he sauntered into her kitchen and started making pancakes, though.

Recently Tyler had lost interest in fishing in favor of his new passion, gardening. A few days earlier I had accommodated his new interest by building them a nice deck and a gardening area in the side yard.

After he slunk out of the neighbor’s house, I sent him out to garden while Napoleon went off to fish.

Just as he started harvesting apples from the tree, a swirly glowy gold visual effect swept him off his feet. Oh no!

He hung about for a bit as a ghost, looking a little too “Blair Witch” for my taste.

Napoleon rushed home just as the Grim Reaper arrived to shepherd Tyler to the Great Sim Hereafter.

After Tyler zoomed up into the sky, Death invited himself into the house for a bit of socializing.

“Nice to meet you. You might remember me from a few minutes ago, when you killed my father.”

  1. I love your Sims posts. They always go through such horror. :)

Did Napoleon lose weight after her baby?

  3. Erika says:

She had a weird craving to exercise, and did end up dropping some weight rather quickly!

  4. Lori says:

This is so very strange. Do they just do these things? Chat with the Grim Reaper? or do you direct them? and why go through the trash? I love it!

  5. Franz says:

She also seems to have lost her left arm while fishing. Oh, wait, I see it. It stills looks disconnected from her body.

  6. Erika says:

Sometimes they do stuff on their own, and other times I click to make them. All of those examples were things that I made them do, because it was funny!

That wasn’t the greatest fishing picture, but I didn’t realize it until after she’d left the fishing hole.

  7. Melsa says:

The Grim Reaper is an odd guy. He stuck around to chat after taking my Sim too. Then, he cleaned my counter. Umm, Thanks?

  8. Rae says:

WOW she lost a LOT of weight there! LOL… Guess your Dad dying does that! LOL
