Kay waddled across the street to the hospital and gave birth there. Then she returned home with her new twin girls, Pearl and Opal!

My secret to having twins is to play the radio set to the Kids station during the entire pregnancy. That damned Kids music about drives me crazy, but it does the trick. If you’re pressed for time, double down by playing the Kids radio station while your pregnant Sim reads a pregnancy book.
Willis can now swing into action, acting as the primary caregiver while Kay works on her novels. He does a pretty good job of taking care of the babies.

I’ve made my Sims have triplets by making them watch the kids channel and listen to the kids station at the same time for a long time while they’re pregnant.

You can have twins morelikey if you get pregnant in another country too. Or it works for me. I also had another sim just have triplets without the fertility treatment, listening to kids music, or the show. I named them Maxwell, Val, and Fran. I was watching the Nanny and playing sims all at once.
Excellent tip! I think I would have to mute my computer if I was playing the kids radio station AND the kids TV station at the same time, but it would totally be worth it!
