I really hate our robot. She makes annoying noises. I sent her to stand in a puddle and repair the dishwasher, but it didn’t kill her.
But at least I don’t feel bad about waking her up to care for the baby. That would be baby Rusty Spline, by the way. (I wrote it down this time!)
Of course, Henry always rushes to care for the baby, even if he’s sound asleep on the far side of the house. Robot Carissa usually beats him to it, though. So he stands around idly, looking out the window and thinking about clean laundry.
(I do that, too.)
Meanwhile I really want to see if there’s a Level 11 to this Ghost Hunting thing. It was Mort’s day off, so I made him boost his Logic skill by playing chess all day.
There is not one single color in that screenshot that goes with any other color in it.
Having finished caring for the baby, Robot Carissa goes back to sleep. Robots snore in 1s and 0s.
The next day, Baby Rusty grew into a toddler!
Quick, send in the robot to keep him company! (If that’s not a recipe for future therapy sessions, I don’t know what is.)

I haven’t been able to play sims because it’s being a b**** and keeps freezing on me.
I’m pretty unimpressed with ambitions. I don’t think I’m going to be buying it. Now, if they gave us a pets version? HELLS YES.

Um… back on topic now. I think it’s a bit mean to make baby Rusty have only a rusty robot for company… omg! They’re a perfect match! They’re BOTH rusty!
I’m concerned about Carissa’s chassis. Is there no way that Mort can scrub her down with some Bon Ami? Does she leave rust stains on the furniture?

Ok, this is weird. I got a Simbot for my Sims…a couple of them are scared of him. (the Sim that he’s Best Friends with is scared of him)
He’ll eat sim food, but he also eats scrap.
The weird part is, that he has a wish to kiss the elder male sim. I dont mind same sex sims, but Simbot/Sim relationships? I’m not sure about that…what if he shorts out in the middle of…errr…ummm…could he electrocute the sim?
I did get him to short out twice. Once by not letting him sleep, the repair guy who came to fix him was afraid of him so he fixed the broken radio and ignored the shorted out Simbot. Second time he shorted out, I did it by having him take a bath and then a shower right after. He got out of the shower and SHALZBOT! He shorted out.
You can reprogram the Simbots if you dont like their traits. Get one of your sims to reprogram him and you can choose new traits. He still seems to have the traits he came with tho. (yells about the Sims occasionally) They do have emotions, because I clicked on a grave and had him mourn someone. I’m hoping one of my other sims will be able to get their own Best Friend soon so that I can see what happens if you hook up two Simbots together (hoping the second Simbot will be a girl. I want to see if they can procreate)
